Have a look at some of the work we have been doing at home.
I recently set my seeds for spring and wondered if other families would like to try a bit of gardening while they have time on their hands. It is great for Easter and signs of new life. I love watching the new shoots appear.
We do some great work learning about colour in our ‘Paint a Rainbow’ theme.
In the Autumn we go on a scavenger hunt to look for signs of Autumn. Look at what we are able to find.

Here is a useful website to help your child practise real and nonsense words for the Year 1 Phonic Screening Check. Dragons Den, Picnic on Pluto and Buried Treasure are all suitable games to play. Phase 5 sounds would be the most beneficial for your child to work on, but phases 3 and 4 would be useful too.
